Hands-on experience with Eclipse or other Java IDEs.<br />Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.<br />At least 3+ years of technical experience on JSP.<br />Good knowledge of Marketing Operations.<br />Strong problem-solving and analytics skills.<br />Understands the value and writes technical documentation as it relates to the above functions and issue resolutions.<br />Excellent written, communication skills along with fantastic liaising skills within the team as well as across the enterprise to resolve complex cross application issues.<br />Be adaptable to variety of roles like development, occasional weekend / extended hours support as situation demands.<br />Have a customer focused mindset, open to ideas, innovative approaches and getting the job done is absolutely essential.<br />Open to work in a partial shift system to facilitate interaction with EMEA, North American, APAC customers and project team [login to view URL]:Experience of Java Hibernate, Java Springs and CSS.<br />Experience in building reports in Cognos.<br />Exposure to marketing and campaign industry and practices.<br />Familiar with Perforce or other version control systems.
