66870 Automatic Form Filling Softwar

I need a self-contained software program that can take my 20-30 real estate contracts and fill in all pertinant information at once. As it stands now, I have to go through each contract and type in all the information, one doc at a time. Some of the information is repetitive and some information unique to a particular document. The documents need to be packaged within the software so when the .exe file is run that is all that is needed. I do not want it to have to access other folders outside of the program to find the contracts. The contracts are all Word documents and can be saved in .RTF if needed. I have a design for what the interface would look like that I will include here as an attachment. Again, I would like for this to just be one simple .exe file that I can double click, have the interface pop up, fill out the info, hit print and go. Take a look at the attachment before going on... I want the capability that once I have all the information for a particular deal, I can save that data to a file that I can pull up again at a later date by property address. I want to be able to check which documents I want printed in case I don't need them all for a particular deal. I want the software to be protected so that if I sell it, it can only be used by the person that I have sold it to. I have a software program now that when someone purchases it, they have to send an email with what their business name will be in the documents and the password generated detects a relationshop between it and the business name. If they try to use a different business name in their contracts, the software will not function since it is not able to make a match. (sorry if this makes no sense) I have all logos and graphics already designed and ready to drop in as I am a graphic artist. The software will be primarily for myself, but if it is designed well and has a polished look, I have others that would pay good money for it and I might entertain some kind of extra incentive i.e. royalty to the developer, no matter how little or how much. Hope this makes sense
