Manga / Anime Introduction Chapter

I am looking for a skilled manga / anime artist to help me create a manga comic book based on existing characters and general stories that will be made available as per attached PDF document. The project is to turn a document such as the attached PDF file into a real manga book story with illustrations, texts, frames etc. A story such as the one attached to this project should fit into a minimum of 20 pages each with 1-8 frames. The publishing format will most likely by A6 sized pages but the project must be delivered in layered PSD files and as a PDF document. The delivery size is 1050 mm × 1480 mm in 300 dpi. The PSD file must be designed so that the overall page frames have their own layer and so that each character, effect, and text for each page frame has its own layer as well for both line-art concepts and colors. Post a sample mockup page and/or links to related work (as in comic book pages not strange logos and website designs) if you are interested in this project along with your bid and delivery time.
