172961 fix Contact Form

I need a Contact Form Fix, its on 2 files, which I need it to be in one, instead. 1st File, is where the Inputbox/Form listed at. 2nd File, is where it post its data. Also I need you to add AJAX, its open source, and its simple to follow the guide. [login to view URL] I need some one that has it done already, and could provide a demo before selecting them... I cant afford to select anyone, and they they dont meet the timeframe.
