Our site provides information about many places (>400000). The platform is PHP/MySQL with some [login to view URL] places pages are currently created from the MySQL database table dynamically. You will place a model ad banner that will be placed in all these pages. You should provide the ability for the users to publish the ad banners themselves after paying through paypal. The user will upload their banner image (300x90 or any other size determined later) and provide the URL for their link. After they complete the payment process, the ad should appear either in all the places pages or state level or just one place depending on the payment term. Previous experience is a must. Thanks
