VB .NET & ASP.NET Routine - E-mail Parsing Objects (KMP)

**We require a coder to help create a VB .NET routine (in ASP.NET) for processing BOUNCEBACK e-mail messages.** The code will automatically check the latest 100 messages in a specific POP3 mailbox. The messages should then be checked, to see if they're bouncebacks, then deleted. Bouncebacks are identified as official DSN or MDN messages, or if they contain certain keywords. If the messages are identified as bouncebacks, they should be passed back as a collection of e-mail addresses. Then the messages should be deleted.
