Questionnaire / Survey Engine

As a part of a bigger project I need a module that can create a questionnaire/survey with several questions. 2 Interfaces: Admin and presentation This survey presents all the questions with its corresponding answers/alternatives on one webpage. Sometimes one or several question only has to appear if another alternative has been chosen (IntelligentQuestion) Clientside validation of specified in admin for each question I have identified different types of question types. | 1 | Text | | 2 | TextArea | | 3 | Radio | | 4 | Checkbox | | 5 | Dropdown | | 6 | Scale/Grade | | 7 | Matrix | | 8 | Integer | | 9 | Reference (different SQL staments with data from other tables in the database. Handled manually,adhoc) | The presentation has to handle several languages including such as Russian, Farsi, Chinese, etc. All answers must be saved in the database as integers and be related to the questions alternative or alternatives. The same survey needs to be presented in several languages(From 1 to 40 languages). Therefore its better to store an integer and then you can present the results or survey on any language. No module for presentation of the results is needed. I will build that later on.
