Graphics Designers Wanted on Monthly basis

Hi, We are looking for Graphics designer to work for our company for our upcoming major projects. It is estimated to be 800 hours of work i.e. 4 months approximately and we want a graphic designer for the development of all the graphics. All the work will be posted on the RAC thread, the designer will be required to communicate strictly via RAC and at the end of every month will be released $250. Making it to be a $1000 worth work in 4 months. We will prefer designers from India Or Pakistan. However anyone interested may apply. The selected candidate will be required to be available online from 8am to 5pm GMT and should have skills in designing websites, logos and flash animations. Those who are interested may write to us along with the list of urls that have been designed by them. Thanks and Regards **Director Operations** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
