Peachtree quantum 2009 user with large database item need to implement a solution to interact with [login to view URL] professional. Our goal is to have an alternative solution to quote different from peachtree, as peachtree performance is slow due to the large data base on itemids. Salesforce as well as the new software must sycnronize accounts information with peachtree. Ones a new quote is generated in the new software, a new opportunity in salesforce must be created in the specific account. Modifications to the quote must be registered in salesforce as well. Ones the quote converts to a sale, the user must close the opportunity in salesforce as won, and the software must create purchase orders to the vendors for the items quoted. In addition, a option to create purchase order mutbe active to combine items from different won quotes for particular vendors. we saw a solution in the market called Quotewerks with this functionality, but due to our large itemid's data base,Quotewerks was not able to connect properly with peachtree.

This can be solved by integrating Salesforce SOAP/WSDL Web Service and Peachtree SDK as well. We could manage the salesforce item over the SOAP/WSDL Web Service and exchange/sync with Peachtree by using Peachtree SDK. Using this combination and integration, we could manage any size of data, so we dont worry about the scalability issue any more. Let me know the detail of sync method you need to have in order I can estimate what technique we will use.
