Active-X Wrapper for SQLite DLL

I need an wrapper-DLL (must be in C/C++) for using SQLite ([login to view URL]) from Visual Basic 5/6/.net It should support all features and exports of the SQLite-Dll. It should not be built on the DLL itself, like the other wrappers. It always should use the sqlite.dll. The could should be well comment and easy to understand. If it's possible the Active-X dll should work with Visual [login to view URL], too. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP
