I need a basic windows instant messanger with integrated website/calendar/ad/newsticker along with functions listed in text file attached. Because of my tight budget, I suggest using premade scripts from [login to view URL] or open source software such as jabber and integrating them together to fit my needs (GAIM interface without third party support such as AOL and yahoo).I prefer programmers with flexibility in perfecting the interface and design of the instant messanger producing extensive choices of graphics used in this project. The messanger must be created in C/C++ or visual basic. The design must be fully customizable. Programmer will create his own interface first and then i shall go through and approve/suggest/redesign layout. Be prepared to restructure interface for most efficient and appealing design. For security reasons, i do not transfer funds upfront only to escrow. Programmer must give daily updates and project must be first priority before any others. Project must be completed in a month. Must be able to work on weekends and no vacations are allowed at the duration of this project. Please bid with consideration that you are placing your exact bid after negotiations. Programmer must use own test server in duration of the project and script installation and highest level of bug free programming is required even at early stages of project. Thank you
