add expanding/contrating text area to web page

I have a web page with static information on the top and bottom areas, but the center needs to expand and contract to accomodate various amounts of text, based on which choice the visitor makes. When the visitor clicks on an option, the bottom needs to move up and down to accomodate. See the sample images. Now, let's take that concept one step further. Imagine there are two areas that expand and contract depending on choices. One area below the other. Something like this: Web page header ---------------------------------- Static content Expanable based on choice Static content Expandable based on choice Static content ---------------------------------- Web page footer Again, I want the static areas to move up or down as needed so there are no blank areas. I assume this would be done in CSS? You will see a section called SEMINARS and below that an introductory paragraph, and below that TRACK 1, TRACK 2 and TRACK 3. I want SEMINARS and the intro to always display, but below the intro have 3 options, one for each of the tracks. When they click on TRACK 1, they see those itmes, when they click on TRACK 2, they will see the items under TRACK 2, etc. I want the links for the 3 options to be horizontal, as in the original picture. The default display will be with the seminars, intro and links, but no tra ck content. I will sent the html and css files to the winning bidder and will expect a completed file back.
