We require the creation of a MS Outllok template that will be used as a means of capturing information in regards to prospective clients and passing these details in e-mail form to other pre-determined staff members. The template will have task buttons that are ticked upon completion by staff who receive the e-mail and then this will trigger a return e-mail to the original e-mail sender informing them that they have completed the task. The template should be created by a button that sits in the MS Outlook menu area which also has a different option within it to open the template and make changes.

## Platform
· We currently use Outlook across all users and have Outlook as the editor, not MS Word. This is because we run HTML stationary and our web designers have structured this under a non-MS Word format.
· We do not run under MS Exchange Server and have each PC running its own version of MS Outlook. It needs to run on all versions from 2000 to 2003.
· We would need the template to be editable so that we can make changes/additions and alterations as required.
We currently have our mail format set-up with a customised stationary and signature using a HTML message format
