CALCULATE PAY AND DEDUCTIONS USING APPROXIMATELY 15 TABLES. A MODULE FOR CALCULATION OF PAYROLL TAXES IS COMPLETE. A PROPOSED FORM AND TABLE NUMBER SOURCES OF THE DATA IS ATTACHED. A NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED OF THE SELECTED CODER BEFORE THE TABLES ARE RELEASED. DURING YOUR CONTRACT PERIOD, I WILL ANSWER YOUR INQUIRIES WITHIN 24 HOURS UNLESS I HAVE NOTIFIED YOU BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR INQUIRY THAT I WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. I OFTEN ACCEPT THE FIRST REASONABLE BID BY A QUALIFIED CODER. I USUALLY DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE BID CLOSING DATE. I USUALLY WANT EVIDENCE OF PROGRESS EVERY THIRD DAY. IF YOU CANNOT MEET THIS, OR ANY OTHER REQUIREMENT, PLEASE INCLUDE THE INFORMATION IN YOUR BID. "ACTIVE" IS A FIELD IN EACH TABLE. IT IS N OR 2 IF THE RECORD HAS BEEN REPLACED BY LATER DATA. THE ANM FORM AND TABLE IS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. IN OPERATION ANM WILL BE SUPPLIED BY ANOTHER MODULE. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
