Php website builder

What I have is a company that wants me to build websites for them. I concluded that phpnuke or phpwebsite and such have a lot of the features they want. They want each site to be like a yahoo / dating community, but for business. Not all the ads and weather. It will be a paid site so I need registration to include credit card processing. I need and admin section which they already have. Have a profile page that they can have a photo and details about each subscriber. Broadcast email to all subscribers which is kindof in place in the php sites. As they register the site will create and email address for their user name. the hardest part of the entire project is some site I will build the entire site which is fine, I’m comftoble working in php(I have 4 sites up that I’m running and learning with) but some sites I will need to set it up and the client that puchases the site will need to be able to fill in the info in a very easy way page by page. Some will have products some will be just info. I would love to have an auto builder that I can choose a template and it builds the site structure. I just go in a fill in the info. The one thing is I’m woking out with the company so that the site structure will be the same every time the only difference will be if the site will sell item or not. If this something you can do let me know. I really need this as soon as possible. Well at least a demo to so the company can promote the service. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, MySQL, Open to suggestions
