Simple Web 2.0 Web App/Mashup *NDA REMOVED*

I'm removing the private information so an NDA is no longer required. Components: entity database, ratings/comments, user profiles, groups, login/auth, email invitation system, and a few map and external API integration points. -- Users can add an entry (validated against external database via API), fill in structured data and tags, add ratings and comments. -- A location finder tool to filter an inline google map against search criteria (structured data above) -- A "quick poll" feature where users can email a poll link to their coworkers, who can each vote for their preferred entity -- A homepage content area for "learn more"/etc. Integration: Yelp! API Google Maps API OpenID or Yahoo!ID for login (or create a native account) We will take care of the visual design; but reasonably semantic XHTML/CSS practices should be followed. VERY Detailed functional spec (wireframes, object model, use cases, func reqs) to be provided when bid is accepted. You must be willing to sign an NDA for your bid to be accepted. In your bid, please include as many of the following as practical: * Company information * Years in business * Experience of key developers * Other similar projects completed * Software development methodology ** Source control practices ** Testing practices ** Documentation practices * # of developers you will be committing to this project, and what % of their time will be committed to this project * Estimated time to completion of this project ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Ruby/Rails/MySQL *strongly* preferred. Django or PHP (with a popular web application framework) a 2nd choice. No bids with Java, .NET, ColdFusion, or similar technologies will be considered. Browser compatibility must be IE 5.5+, FF1.5+, Safari 1.5+ on PC and OSX.
