Standalone Matlab

There are two attachments to this bid request: one is a standalone Matlab programme, and the other is an Excel spreadsheet. The Matlab programme has been written is such a way that it should run on a computer which does not have Matlab installed. When the Matlab programme is run, its inputs and outputs are stored in the Excel spreadsheet, so it is important that the two should be saved in the same directory. The Matlab programme is fully functional, but it was built using a early version of Matlab (I cannot say which with certainty, but I expect it is 2007). Because of this, the programme does not run on my computer, and I need a standalone version because I do not have Matlab on my computer. The task is to look into this programme and to modify it slightly so that it will run on my computer. Please be aware that I cannot provide you with more than what I attach to this e-mail, so if you cannot access the code for any reason please let me know at the outset. In your bid, I would be grateful if you could let me know your level of experience with Matlab, as well as how long it would take you to complete this task. As I expect this task to be relatively straightforward, involving only a few small tweaks, I would hope that you can make this programme work in a matter of hours. I look forward to hearing from you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
