Web Site Re-design

We are interested in having the website for [[login to view URL]][1] redesigned. Requirements: -look very professional and business like. -fast loading. -the new design should not adversely affect current search engine rankings. -site pages (except the order system) must be static HTML not php or asp generated. -be very maintainable perhaps by using CSS instead of tables. -should be more simplified and less cluttered than it is now. -the shopping cart/ordering system should be able to handle combinations all our existing products. The old order system can be downloaded here <[login to view URL]> The rest of the old site (excluding the download and manuals folders) can be downloaded here (5 MB) <[login to view URL]> The pages in the changes folder and the press releases in the press folder do not need re-doing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional web page(s) in HTML/PHP form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
