Cleanup Swish and 3 quick movies

I am the Chief Operating Officer for this company. [login to view URL] We have a large flash file that I did, however, it seems really plain. Was hoping for someone to liven it up... add some cooler effects. Its pretty basic right now. If you wanted to do it over in Flash, that would be fine too, just as long as it looked professional. It looks nice now, but could use some "polish". That is the main piece. Second, need 3 short movies down for front page as well. Want it to FLOW with the main movie, fonts and what not. One of the movies I want to have some live video as flash, but it will be taken from the computer screen, not a movie. The other flashes are VERY simple. If you have any more questions, please email.
