Flash video to jpeg/gif converter

Looking for a script to read a flash movie file (streamed video file saved from macromedia flash video server) as well a live video stream and create one or more gif/jpeg files spaced a defined number of seconds. Saved video: For example, we expect some sort of utility that can be run on the command like like: ./program_name file=[filename] frames_per_second=[n] output_dir=[dir] e.g., ./program file=[login to view URL] frames_per_second=0.2 output_dir=/data/my_files/22/ Live Video: Program will connect to flash video server and convert live streams to a gif/jpeg. We would prefer that the program can run under the LINUX operating system but if you can get it to only run under Windows, we might accept bid. If you already have the script done, simply show the output of a few gif/jpeg for a given movie. Good luck! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Perfer Linux but Windows is ok
