video website needed

Hello sirs, I require a video sharing website that allows users to sign up, login and upload videos. The videos would need to be converted to flv, a thumbnail created from the video and a record of the video details ( id, user id and name, video name, description, video length etc.) be made in a mysql database and an xml file of the information to be created for each video. So, a home page, a sign up page, login page, a page to upload a video with a form for the user to give a name, description etc., a search page and a page to watch the videos is all that would be needed for now. If all goes well and you produce the goods on time then we can discuss the main project. All original scripts. No clones or copies. Only bid if you have experience with video sharing before especially when it comes to the software to convert the videos. I will need to see examples of what you have done also how long it would take to complete.
