FATBOY FUNDRAISER SITE PHASE 2 SCOPE: Super Admin (Production) Level: 1. Reports for all fundraising activity: Total Sales total members active fundraisers completed fundraisers delivery date calendar with Date, Location & Quantities 2. Add/Edit/Delete Admins, Group Leaders, Members 3. Add/Edit/Delete Products 4. Add/Edit/Delete All Orders Admin Level: SEPARATE ADMINS with Groups Within 1. Admin Dashboard Reports for all fundraising activity for groups under that admin reports and visual graphs for total sales, total members, active fundraisers, completed fundraisers email messages section: ability to email all group leaders, single group leaders, and all members within a group for updates Upcoming Delivery Date & Locations 2. Print Sales Reports by group and by member 3. Delivery Date Calendar 4. Ability to Add/Edit/Delete Dates & Locations 5. Ability Select Delivery Date & Location on Group Creation Page 6. Ability to Close a Fundraiser as Final (Also able to re-open if needed) 7. Once a fundraiser is closed all data in logins must become read-only 8. Ability to Start a New Fundraiser for the same group (repeat customer group). Old orders are kept in old fundraiser and logins now only show orders for new fundraiser. 9. Print Final Delivery Report with all members and product list - page for each member with their orders. Order summary at top as well as every customer order and information for Delivery. 10. Ability to archive groups so that they do not show on regular dashboards. Also have the ability to view archive and un-archive groups. Group Leader Level: 1. Admin Dashboard reports and visual graphs for total sales, total members, member sales email messages section: ability to email single members and all members within a group for updates Upcoming Delivery Date & Location 2. Print Sales Reports by group and by member Ability to approve and submit fundraiser as complete to Admin Display Delivery Date/Sales End Date Ability to add/edit/delete group members (but not losing past sales reports of those members) Print Final Delivery Report with all members and product list - page for each member with their orders. Order summary at top as well as every customer order and information for Delivery. Easy access to Admin Contact info (button in upper right with picture and contact info.) Member Level: 1. AmSpam Compliance Ability to Merge Past Order information into email 2. Ecommerce ability for customers to purchase products and pay right there. Mobile App Functionality: 1. Sales Presentation via phone or tablet with hi resolution product images 2. Order taking functionality via phone or tablet 3. Payment processing ability via phone or tablet using Square or similar card swipe service. Social Media Functionality: 1. Ability to share support of purchase to social media sites 2.
