I NEED A WEBSITE AND FAST :-)

I need a website for my business page and FAST I’m in need of a business website for my business and fast. My site does have a lot of parts so please read my ad careful as I will NOT be accepting bids and then allowing you to change the price. GREAT ENGLISH is a must! I currently have my hosting through YAHOO so if you are not knowledge on FTP Details and gaining access in that manner DO NOT BID! I also ask that you have great creative ability because I need the site to be very visually appealing. I run a small credit repair business and need a polish professional site, I assuming the website will be approximately 10 pages. (Home, Contact Us, How It Works, About Us, FAQs and 4 page sign up function the will take the person’s credit card info but not process the payments.) Important information about sign up page: - Sign up page will be a three step process - First page will need to collect the basic client info and display future payment schedule based on current date - Second page will be the agreement of services in a scroll bar function and an optional pdf print out - Third page will collect but not process the clients credit card information - After successful completion I will like my client to receive a “Successful completion” message and an email to the email address they utilized during sign up Home Page - Will need to display pricing How it works Page - I want to show the credit repair process is 3 easy steps (Enroll, Review, Dispute) using a pictures as visuals.
