E-Mail Extraction Program

I need a Windows based E-mail extraction program that will extract e-mails from the following criteria or combination of criteria. 1. Domain 2. Zipcode 3. Area Code 4. State [login to view URL] (or multiple URL's that can be imported from a txt file). 6. Keyword (s) The program should display the number of e-mails obtained, eliminate duplicates, and save them as txt or csv files. The program should also allow the user to designate a search start point as in 1 at whateverdomain and tell it how many characters to continue the search, 3, 5, 10, up to 20. The program should also allow the user to stop a search at a certain point and later resume it so as not to duplicate previous searches. That's it for now but I am sure there will be some changes and additions as we progress. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
