SEO for new site

Looking for a experienced SEO ! New site that is looking for top 10 ranking in google, yahoo, msn, aol etc. No cloaking/doorway (any cheats) Must prove experience and show samples of previous work with references. Will pay for the agreed position on the agreed engine and then a monthly payment to keep us there ! Will help with keyword advice but you will need to provide and research a complete list of keywords/phrases ! ------------------------------------------------------- The site is built in php and has NO optermisation at present. -------------------------------------------------------- Will explain about the site and supply the url in message board but im looking for a companies/individual to show experience before i pass this detail over . Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
