AJAX RPG-Style Lobby UI

I need someone to build the User Interface to a avatar chat system that I am developing. On the server side, I have a dynamic XML file that lists the user, their x and y cords, and other info such as avatar graphic. This XML will update every time a user moves to another place on the screen, or a when a user joins or leaves. You will need to use the awesome new CSS3 animations in parts. They should be very easy to learn if you already know CSS and JS. You need to install Safari to see them.? **I** **require the following features:** - Users fade in and out when they join and leave. - When a user's X Y cords change, the user is ANIMATED from the old to the new position on the screen. This should be done with the simple CSS3 transform/animation. - When the user 'speaks' (a string in the XML file), a? speech? bubble should appear above their avatar. This should fade in, then when the XML file changes again to null, it should fade out) - When moving, the user should always face the right way. This will be just replacing the image.
