First let me say that I want it to be only serious people to people contact me who knows what they're talking about I'm more tired of those who want but can not. I want to build a system that is similar [login to view URL] and it must be cloud. The system will be used by different call center companies. I want a price on a 100% working system with SIP dialer Predictable dialer and click and dial to be able to choose what you want to call with. You should be able to add leads to the system from excel. We want same functionalities like above web site, but web based system please reply with the documentation clearly mentioning how you will develop it. It can be asterisk based or something else? thank you

You will receive a 2 complete VMWare Virtual machines. 1 with the SIP Proxy server based on CentOS 6 64bits with Asterisk and Freepbx and the second one with the Actual brain of the call center server based on CentOS 6 64bits using Freeswitch and BlueBox. Then you can set more than 1 VM of each one for balancing and redundancy. MySQL will be the used DB and PHP the main programming languaje for scripting and interfaces.
