Complex community website (696601)

A team to code a complex community website is needed. In the website the users write their opinions about movies. (something like Digg style maybe). In addition there are two web applications. One is for movies producers that want to register and write information about their movies. (Something like bugzila). And the second is a kampyle management application for me to monitor and manage everything. In the cummunity website there are: * Registration. * Statics graphs and charts. * Forums. * Submissions and submissions history. In the producers website there are: * Registration and verification modules. * Payment modules. * Profile. * Movies information. * Statistics about movies opinions. * Opinions control board. In the Kampyle management application there are: * Control all users. * Control all producers and their payments. * Statistics of producers / users / movies. * Mail management (E.g.: Send emails to producers, or to Drama lovers). * Advantage - We need a FF plugin that all it does is to open a new window with our website. (E.g.: [login to view URL] plugin). There are also some 'small' requirements which I can send in the detailed description like: Print option, RSS, SEO and Export to XML. In total we have about 30 PSD files which should be turned to a website. 1 of the pages is finished (XHTML, CSS, js and it's PHP + DB). And 2 additional pages are coded but have about 100 open bugs (mainly visual) each (which need to be fixed). Server side is PHP and some of the Infrastructure is ready. In some of the pages we have complex javascript (E.g.: Navigation, wizard, sorted tables, AJAX). I want the results to be very accurate according to the PSD file. I am searching for a team of at least 4 people which can work on this in parallel, since we need this project done ASAP. We will need to get commitment for the timeline. A detailed description of the project and it's web pages will be sent to appropriates, although not all the pages are ready and their description will come on the fly. I can commit that they will not be more complex then the ones which I will send in the start, and I can give their draft design. Remarks: The site is not for movies, this is just an example. Free things can be used but they must be modified to fit exectly what we need, and should be approved by me. Accuracy of the UI and performance of the website is very important for me. All things need to be 100% secured. The code should be compatible with IE6, IE7 and FF; Should support at least most of the popular screen resolution.
