Design New Layout for Web Inventory Management System

I need a design similar to the attached image that i can put into a online inventory management system, so i require it to be built in css and ajax and work with php. It must be possible for me to easily add my php scripts into where i need them to be. This must be created with an easy to use MODERN feel to it. 1) The left hand navigation bar must be a sliding bar, when i say sliding i mean like that within Microsoft office outlook. I quite like the layout of that bar, however it needs to be about 2/3rds of the width of it. I require it to have our own icons in it rather than that from outlook. It must have the following sections: Home Order Processing Inventory Pick & Pack Status Reports Maintenance 2) I require there to be a layout that can be adopted for the inventory layout screen. It must have 3 tabs on the top row, these are: Product Detail, Description and Images. Then half way down i require there to be multiple tabs. I wish there to be the possibility to add images to these tabs and the possibility for me to add more tabs on the fly dependent on the product attributes in question. I require each of the tabs to be able to function independently of each other, i.e. via ajax, submit the form and get the loader icon in the page and when it refreshes it comes back with the correct items loaded that have been modified. 3) Build a modern icon set for use within the software. I require to be able to have alternating row colour lines and when i click on the row i want it to be highlighted, then click again and it de-highlights, etc etc. This is a design project not a software build project. It only requires it to function as a stand alone where i can add php code. All in all this project must be completed before the new year and must be easy to use and function correctly. I need this built so that i can just add my script to the pages and away i go.
