421243 experienced FLEX developer

I am looking for an experienced flex developer to finish work on a flex application that I have, it is quite complex so only experienced flex developers need apply. You MUST provide links/examples of other flex work you have done, the more complex the better your chances of winning are. this is my current state of the flex project [login to view URL] and I would like it to have the more advanced features seen on this version [login to view URL] pick any model and you will see. the second version uses ajax/javascript and flex however my version is a full flex interface, I would like to make mine as complex as the second version but keep it totaly flex based as it is now that is the work needed to be done, however ther are more mobile types I would like to add so if your work is excellent in the first stage then you will be awarded the work for the other stages. I have all the source code for my flex version for you to build on so its not like your starting from scratch.
