Javascript - Dynamic Search Filter Menu

I need a dynamic search filter menu to add to my existing php/mysql based real estate website to allow users to filter search results based on their needs. This is a simple project for an experienced Javascript developer as the heavy lifting is already done and the php/mysql backend will provide the results based on a pre-defined parameters contained in the calling url. All the search filter menu will do is based on the user input simply construct a url with predefined parameters and force a html refresh to bring those results up on screen.
