Ongoing Programming Job on PHP website

We currently have a website that was recently written in PHP and for the most part works quite well. The site is not complicated, uses the Twitter Bootstrap library and a mySQL database. We want to slowly make small cosmetic changes / small additions to the site and are looking for a programmer on a long-term basis for many projects. This programmer needs to preferably be within +/- 6 hours from our time (Pacific US), reliable, excellent English, understands Twitter Bootstrap and can write PHP code with his eyes closed. He must respond to emails within 24 hours M-F and be able to meet deadlines. Attention to detail is extremely important. We want our site to look the same on all browsers. Also, we have no problem giving bonuses for good work. We are not looking for a programmer that does just enough "to get by." The initial project will be more of a test to see if you can understand our website (one that basically creates user accounts / takes very simple orders) and if you have an eye for detail. We will want just a handful of minor cosmetic changes done to the site. If this works out then there will be much more work for you. A portfolio is a must and is required to even be considered.
