online ordering website

I have a website witch order food online and need a skilled programmer. 1. Ajax buy now botton, stop working in new Firefox 4.0 - I got it to work in firefox 4.0, but now I have a erro in IE. 2. In dropm down menu (the costomer can select time, when he order delivery or collection) This time should only showed like shop open-hours. All this are already made, but its not working. 3. In Admin panel can I set delivery and collection time, this funktion is also done, but its not working on the website. 4. Make it posiple to set zipcode and defferent prise for that. 5. Some of categories I sell from 10AM to 14PM and if a costomer select some products of those categories out of this time, I want pop up window, to tell it´s NOT posiple to order from this category at this moment. 6. list pizza like medium, family, larg for eatc product. i have some sample. 7. make it posiple to add menu meal to the shop. I mean, if the cotomer will buy a meal menu, he need to select pizza, then pommes and some drinks, so we know in the restaurant what he want exactly. I have some samples, to show how I need it to be.
