Jomres Customizations and Templates

This project requires previous Jomres experience along with PHP/MySQL and Joomla 1.7 templating. We need some mods to the Jomres 'Business Features' function, and the search modules: - Two extra fields: a status and a long description - Change the search modules to display those Features assigned to properties and whose “status=yes” - Search modules modified to display Feature's name/description, no icon, and show new Long Desc on mouseover as a 'tooltip' Jomres 'Business Features' admin to be able to edit these new fields. We need the production of a complete template for the site. We will provide an overall design as layered source graphics files. You will need solid HTML and CSS and be able to cut these up into working templates. We have the [login to view URL] Jomres templates that could be used as a basis for new ones. You will need to create new small pieces of layout or images based on the provided source graphics, such as buttons. The site must be as 'accessible' as possible. We need a font size switcher including a high-contrast CSS version for the visually impaired (e.g. no columns, lime green text on black). Cross-browser testing is essential. Some minor customising of the Google Maps code is needed to change how maps are rendered, such as the available zoom levels.
