Joomla project with several advanced things

The project is a music platform based on Joomla. What I’m looking for from you: - I have a really low budget and I intend to introduce features one by one. At the moment I have joomla installed filled with many add-ons. - I’m not looking for one person to do all of these features, but rather create a team, who will work separately on the chosen ones. - I don’t want you to devote your whole time to my project, but rather spend a few hours a week whenever you have some free time from other projects (hence the price lower) - I don’t want you to do all the mundane work and if something is based on filling the database, copy/pasting something leave to me. Do the crucial parts. - I need you to help me not to do all the work for me. What needs to be done? Template Transform or write a new joomla template based on the layout. (4 module positions in a row, a few sticky ones). See the attached layout Registration Based on community builder, advanced registration (see the details in the attachment) Multi site Using one of joomla component on their extension site, create 6 different sections on the bases of the same joomla core. Access to each section from the same account. Each section can share articles, but has different templates. User accounts and Administration panel Different user accounts with different features connected with the music platform. You have to read the details in the attached file Flexible contract Flexible contract based on the option user chose. For example: I agree / disagree to let my music be sold on the platform. The contract then is based only on the points the user agreed to. Charts More advanced music chart based on articles and voting (5 types of voting giving different number of votes for example I love it- +3 votes) I want you to bid for the part of the project you want to do and in a PM write which part it is and what will be your price to complete it. Then I will group all the bidders into categories depending on the parts and negotiate everything individually. First I will cooperate with people who are willing to develop the template and registration, then we will move to flexible contract, multisite, user accounts/ administration panel and charts. I will probably hire you on the bases of what you bid and divide the price into many, many milestones.
