Cpanel Problem with Hezner

I already work on similar failures... hetzner to often provide with very old hdd's and require hdd replacements and data copying via rescue mode.. I think I can support/help you with this.

Be extremely careful before attempting the data retrieval. Also you need to understand that there is no 100% safe way of doing it and it all depends on the final state. Suppose the error occured due to one of the hard disks having a problem, the recovery would need to happen after that is replaced. If it happened due to the RAID controller issue then its much more complicated and no one can really guarantee data recovery at that point
