Site Builder/Article Directory Finder(repost)

Looking to create a site builder tool. First it will crawl a few specified article directory sites, using their search function and extract the article information found such as article title, article body, and article author. It will then allow the user to check off which one's they want to keep and specify what category/subcategory they want that article to go into. Secondly it will allow the user to easily create PHP pages on the fly. These will be either iframe or php include pages, which is determined by the user. The user enters information about the specs of the page such as url of iframe or php include, height and width of iframe, etc. Then, underneath the iframe, it will randomly show specified number of article summaries (first 250 characters of the body). The articles that it chooses it based on the category/subcategory that the user chooses while setting up the page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must be done in PHP and MYSQL and should be done to work on as many servers as possible.
