Web site rate schedule debugging

Hello, My site is [login to view URL] and was recently updated by coders. Although they almost got things right, there remains a few bugs in the system and want to hire someone who is a very experienced and competent PHP Mysql database coder to fix the problems. Problem #1: To get a basic understanding, go to the site and click on Membership > Member Enrollment. Then page down to Select Destination box and click on Dana Point Jet Ski (for example). Browse down a little and you'll see a menu of all vehicles it has w/ rates. By clicking on the Select Menu Plan section and then the rate section, you'll see the relationship. Their functions are not correct and the rates and discounts are not correct. Please review the attachment to understand how this table is supposed to work. Problem #2: Next, I need the Member Enrollment and Plan pages seperated and independently editable in my control panel. This is because I need to provide instructional / promo type content in the Enrollment page and the rate schedule / plans in the Plan page. As it is now, when I edit the content in the Plan page, it automatically duplicates it to Enrollment page. These need to be two seperate pages. Beyond this, this site will require long term updates / development for years I'm sure. Just need to find the right coder(s).
