Family Tree Component for for Joomla - Jomsocial website

I need a family tree program written and integrated into a Joomla/Jomsocial website. I would like the program to work similarly to [login to view URL] or myheritage.com. The test website is currently located at livinglife4ever.com. Please create an account and log in to see how it works. We need each member to be able to add other existing members to their family tree as a father, mother, daughter, etc. If a current member adds someone to their family tree who is not a member of [login to view URL], our system needs to send an invitation to that person to become a member. The family tree should be in the members' profile menu as a link next to cookbook and guestbook. All additions and changes should show up in the members' timeline and in the timeline of the person added. I took a few screenshots and added them to the attached Word Document. We want it to be very simple. Nothing that people can't navigate easily. I'm looking for quotes on price and time estimates. I don't really have any idea how much this would cost, so please don't mind the budget that I included below. If you are interested, please contact me with additional questions and a proposal.
