Hi, We require a bot that that scrape a property website and put post the details onto gumtree. the programme requirements are: The following functions/ features will all be incorporated in the > 1. Bot will be written using PERL and php. > 2. It will be integrated in our website. > 3. It will be accessible through an admin page/ dashboard. > 4. We must able to control what properties and / or agents that you > want to list from your site. > 5. It will repost on gumtree (bump it up) at regular times. > 6. It will forward all the emails to a certain email account. > 7. ability to log in different accounts using user ID's and passwords > that you can load in the database. > 8. ability to input basic information from the database and fill up > details on the  "Post an Ad" page. > 9. You can set intervals on posting an ad. > 10. Enquiries from gumtree come through for a specific property, > eg,say an enquiry comes through for a property at > 0/1 77 kilmany drive. The bot will have the ability to find that > property on our website , then email that agent from our website. thanks
