Invisible Protected Admin Area Built-in Search Engine search client database by entering first 3-4 letters of client's name includes alphabetical listing of all clients for quick reference Add New Client option to carbon copy all emails to 2 additional email addresses option to notify client of their addition to your database emails database backup to admin Edit Client Info uses search engine to select client easily change email address, carbon copy email addresses, etc. emails database backup to admin Remove Client admin Add Client Files uses search engine to select client option to add up to 10 files in a session option to include personal message in notification email option to check new file links before adding file (prevents clients from receiving dead or inactive links due to typos) records date client was notified of file availability checks for spaces in filenames to prevent download problems Remove Client Files uses search engine to select client can select multiple single files to remove removes file from "current files" and adds to client download history View Client History uses search engine to select client lists files currently available lists download history (file, notification date, download date(s)) option to clear all history or select multiple single history entries to clear quick print link to print for your records Email A Client's History uses search engine to select client lists all files currently available for download by each client as well as download folder for each clients are listed in alphabetical order for easy reference features a drop down menu to easily jump to a selected client's listing View All Downloads lists all files downloaded option to clear all or multiple single files records the time/date stamp every time the file is downloaded Customized Mailcustom header and footer for all emails sent to clients and carbon copy email addresses can be changed as often as you like and even sold as sponsor/advertiser space Customized Login Message supports HTML for adding banners, links, etc. Email Clients option to email all clients or selected clients option to email any carbon copy email addresses ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
