Need Web Designer And HTML Coder

*** KOLKATA ONLY *** I need a photoshop designer and an HTML coder for designing a website for me. The coder(s) must be from kolkata so that I can individually and physically get in touch with them/him. The job will be to design a website which will be holding contests. There will be a few pages like: * Home. * About. * Terms and Conditions. * Agreement. These pages will be static with barely any changes required over the time. The main problem will be the "Question of the Day/Week/Month" page where questions will be posted for the users. There will be an "Answers page" where all entries for a given question will be published along with the name/photo/address of the contestants. There will be another page 'Winner' which will post only one winner for each contest. This means that every time there is a winner for a given contest, the 'winner' page will reflect that particular winner only! This is just an overview of what I am looking for. More will be discussed later. I need to know your best prices. I will NOT prefer flashy designs. Using Web2.0 is not acceptable. I need plain and professional designs with preferably matte finish. It is very essential to have these for qualification: * Must have a minimum of 9.5 rating or above with vworker. * Must be capable of delivering W3C compliant work. * Must have completed at least 10 jobs. * Must have examples to show. * Must ensure that the website will be cross-browser compatible. * Must show design samples - very IMPORTANT. * Must have knowledge about HTML5 (other versions as well, along with XHTML), Photoshop, Illustrator (may not be needed), JQuery, JS etc. * Must be able to embed CMS. *** I Don't Need Any IT Company Working on This. I Need Individuals Who Can Accept On Going Changes And Be Very Affordable *** ## Deliverables The website will be part static and part dynamic. I must be able to play around when it comes to uploading images/content etc. It will be good if the responsible person has web hosting experience.
