Copy already existing eccommerce and html websites into new website design (see description).(repost)

I already have one website. The URL is [login to view URL] I love the design of it and have spent a great deal of money getting it to where I want it. I have another business, [login to view URL] (we sell and install solar panels) that I would like to start up. I have a designer building the new website design, but I need to duplicate the ecommerce design of my original website and copy it into my new website. I also have a configurator which I need duplicated (for example [login to view URL] ) This website will be hosted on the same exact server, but I want everything to be separate. Basic break down of what I need: 1) copy old configurator into new website, replacing old logos with new logos. I need to change all business names, e-mail addresses, and anything else pertaining to the new business. 2) copy old eccommerce website ([login to view URL] ) into new eccommerce website, replacing old logos with new logos. I need to change all business names, e-mail addresses, and anything else pertaining to the new business. 3) I'm hoping the coder I pick will have good design experience. I don't want the new site to be exactly the same as the old site. I want it to have a little bit of a "green" look to it, since the new company will focus on solar panels and not custom gaming computers. 4) The old website needs to remain in tact and completely seperate from the new website. Each website needs to have its own sql tables, e-mail addresses, etc. Billing and credit card information can still go to the same place but everything else MUST be seperate. ## Deliverables YOU MUST BACK UP ALL WORK BEFORE YOU CHANGE ANYTHING!!
