I would have thought there would be some Joomla plug in modules that do the vast majority of the above anyway. Salons, distributors and retailers have their accounts created by the administrator, this also needs doing - I would suggest doing so it creates a unique ID for each client, then using that ID as the reference to pull the rest of the details needed to identify the order (name, address, telephone number) So, the login needs login, password reminder options but NOT create an account. So lots of ways to get this effect but essentially when a chain uses the order form, they order at the chain price, when a salon uses the order form they order at the salon price, and when a distributor uses the order form they order at the distributor price.
