Amazon Repricing Tool

Hello, We are selling items on [login to view URL] and are looking for a repricing tool to reprice my [login to view URL] we are selling Books and Toys and have about 12000 items in the inventory and is ever increasing. Following are most of the rules that I would need in my repricing program: 1)Read first or second or third minimum price for the same condition as in the input from amazon.com. Input would be ASIN number and item condition. 2)Exclude by sellername "X" 3)Exclude by sellerrating (Below than "X.X" to be ignored) 4)Exclude Just launched. 5)Software should be able to read comments which seller writes on [login to view URL] It should ignore those sellers if certain words are written in the comments. Ex.) ebook... Will give the list of words later. 6) Based on the minimum price chosen from point 1, software should pick up the price and return the output in xls . 7)If there are 2 or less eligible competitive offers, then software should ignore such inventory and make our quantity as zero. We do not want to sell such items at this time. I would be interested to work with someone who has already worked on similar softwares and has knowledge it.
