Hello, I would like to find a PHP developer who can develop a website allowing users to build their apps through using the templates of the web apps from the website. The website should use PHP and database to co-ordinate this concept so that users will have their own admin panel for building their apps by using a drag and drop function. It will take about 5months to implement the idea of developing apps from your new website, as the apps will be cross platformed, it will take longer time period. Secondly, it will take more 4 months to develop the UI effect and HTML design that will attract the users and will lure them.
