I need someone to work with me for a few hours to determine what type of online reporting/dashboard system that we should use to help us analyze our app, customer activity, etc. I've started looking at some hosted solutions, "roll your own" options and also some Business Intelligence tools like JasperReports, BIRT and Pentaho ... I'm hoping to find someone (you?) who has a lot of expertise in this area and can help us during this decision phase. If you also have experience with these different tools then the next project will be implementing the system.
