We will provide a 3D data format consisting of thousands of general vertex points and polygons (3 and 4 sided) plus vertex scalar data
_Eg Vertex1_
Vertex1.x = 1.234
Vertex1.y = 2.234
Vertex1.z = 3.234
[login to view URL] = 4.567
_Polygon1_
[login to view URL] = 100
[login to view URL] = 150
[login to view URL] = 1
[login to view URL] = 10
So, in the example above, Polygon 1 is a quadrilateral face and connects vertices 100, 150,1,10 etc
This describes a 3D model
We want this 3D data converted into a standard U3D format and then converted into a standard PDF file.
The U3D file needs to contain the 3D model AND scalar vertex data so that it can be displayed.
We can supply the formats for U3D and PDF
We require this work to be done in VB6 without the use of any third party controls.
This is what we imagine as a workflow…
1. We pass the vertex and polygon data plus output filenames into a function
2. The function returns the data files
What happens inside the calling function is up to you. It will, essentially be a ‘black box’ to us
Basically, this is a data conversion program. Converting one format to another.
You will need to get pretty familiar with U3D and less so with PDF (see attached zip or search Google/Wikipedia.)
I have added a sample 3DPDF to show what is required as output

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
