eBay bid sniping program in RealBasic

Summary: Program software that will monitor selected eBay auctions and place a bid at the specified time. Details: Similar software already exists on [login to view URL] but I need these features integrated and with additional options in a nice looking final piece of software. I would prefer this program be in RealBasic(for winxp and macosx) but will accept Visual Basic 6.0 and winXP only if no RealBasic programmers are available. If you are not familiar with RealBasic, I suggest you look into it if you are a VB programmer. The coding is straight forward. The program will require parsing a webpage, opening webpages in the default browser, monitoring system clock and time, placing bids(existing VB6 and .NET code shows how to do this), playing a sound file, send email message, setup a 14 day trial mode which is overcome by entering an access code and email address. The program will support 4 users who each enter a password to access their information. Skinnability would be a plus but is not necessary. We will require about fifteen options and about 30 different checks to verify the results of auctions, make sure username/pw is good, etc. The final GUI should look polished and professional. The screens involved are a main display screen which lists auctions being watched and a settings window. All other windows are simple pop ups. Please adjust your bid accordingly since the look is important which may take time to build and extra time may be needed for the key code entry part plus testing to make sure the bid placement time is correct and bids are placed at the correct moment. The actual coding should be easy but there are a lot of little features/checks that need to be put in the software as mentioned above. I have detailed notes listing all controls and what they should do. I am attaching example screen shots to give an idea of the look and layout. This layout is not firm and can be improved. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform RealBasic, for WinXp and MacOSX preferred but Visual Basic 6.0 is acceptable if no RB programmers are available.
