Personal Validation Questions

Hello - After days of searching for this, I believe that it has to be created from scratch. What I am doing is creating an online class. Throughout the course I must verify that it is actually the person taking the course who registered. In this registration I must have at least five personal validation questions that will pop up throughout the course and ask them questions from their registration form (such as what was your mother's maiden name, what city were you born in, what is the last four of your SSN, what was the name of your high school, etc). The correct answer must match what they entered in their registration form - and it must be entered within 45 seconds or else they will be redirected to another page. It seems like a rather simple project, but I'm no expert at writing script. My webpage is constructed using FrontPage and I do also use Adobe Flash CS3 Pro if that matters.
